WHAT IS A VINYL MADE OF?
Our vinyls are made of three different layers:
- The backing paper (white color), to support and protect the vinyl.
- The self-adhesive vinyl, cut as designed.
- The transfer paper, to help the vinyl adhesion onto the desired surface.
The arrangement of the three different parts of some designs can be personalized. Those parts should be cut loosely around without peeling off any of the three layers.
HOW IS A VINYL REMOVED?
When removing a vinyl off the wall, using a hair drier, apply heat at the edges. The decal will peel off the surface and by pulling down slowly, the vinyl will be removed and your wall will be back to new.
WILL I BE ABLE TO MOUNT IT MYSELF?
Absolutely. Follow the illustrated instructions you will find in our website, and in a few minutes you will get it on your wall.
WHICH SURFACES CAN I STICK THEM TO?
You can stick them to any smooth and flat surface, clean and dry (walls, furniture, glass, doors, tiles..) They are not suitable for rough surfaces.
HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?
The average vinyl life outdoors is 4 years (we recommend not to expose them to sunlight). For indoors, the product life is unlimited.
HOW ARE THEY CLEANED?
If needed, the vinyl can be wiped with a slightly damp cloth. Make sure not to get the adhesive backing wet as the vinyl may loose adherence. Do not use chemicals (like glass cleaner) as it can damage the vinyl.
